SimMud
The Visual math Institute is working
with the
Gaia Institute
on the Pelham Project,
a proposal for the bioremediation of the
Pelham Bay Landfill, a legacy toxic dump
north of New York City.
Our part is the simulation, using complex
dynamical systems, of a salt marsh to be
reconstructed between the toxic dump and the
bay.
